Kelley V. Flinn, J.D.

Kelley V. Flinn is a highly dedicated and skilled problem solver. She has devoted her legal career to being an energetic and fierce advocate for her clients. Within her law firm, Kelley has cultivated a highly effective team which loyally supports its clients and swiftly achieves results. With entirely five-star reviews, Kelley has proven herself as an extremely talented attorney.  

 

Kelley grew up in Batavia, Illinois and attended Batavia High School. She went on to attend St. Norbert College and Valparaiso Law School in Indiana, graduating in 2011. She started her career at the Kane County State's Attorney's Office prosecuting all types of cases from traffic offenses to very serious felony offenses. Kelley gained significant experience in trial practice. In 2014, Kelley was honored by Mother's Against Drunk Driving with the Hero Award for her tenacious prosecution of DUI cases. After prosecuting for over 6 years, Kelley went into private practice focusing on criminal defense and residential real estate. Starting her own law firm in 2021, she now focuses primarily on residential real estate, estate planning and other civil matters.  

 

Kelley and her husband are proud parents and spend their free time with their family and friends. Kelley supports multiple local charities focusing on homelessness and domestic violence.  Kelley is also involved with "Our Little Story", a non-profit focused on preventing child abuse. 

 

Kelley is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Association. Kelley is also a certified mediator. She works closely with the Women's Counsel of Realtors in Fox Valley and the Realtors Association of Fox Valley.

Laura R. Conroy, J.D.

Laura R. Conroy has spent her legal career zealously fighting for justice for her clients. Laura focuses on being compassionate and supportive through difficult legal processes and helping her clients understand and feel confident along the way.  

 

Laura grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and attended Lake Park High School in Roselle. She attended University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and went on to graduate from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Laura started as a prosecutor in 2013 in Kane County, where she met Kelley. Specializing in working with victims of domestic violence, Laura became the Head of the Domestic Violence Unit In 2021. Laura was named Prosecutor of the Year in 2021. Laura also worked for Prairie State Legal Services, where she focused on working with victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in civil and family court.  Laura developed a specialized knowledge in domestic violence issues, orders of protection and trial work. Laura joined the firm in 2022 and focuses primarily on family law, estate planning, orders of protection and other civil matters.  

 

Laura enjoys her time outside of work with her husband, her two children and their dog, Ruby. Laura serves as a board member at the Community Crisis Center in Elgin, Illinois and volunteers her time with other community partners.  Laura has previously taught as an Adjunct Professor at NIU Law.

 

Laura is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association and the Dekalb County Bar Association. Laura has certifications in domestic violence, is a certified mediator and a guardian ad litem.
